This classic seafood accompaniment consists of a creamy sauce with subtle hints of Dill contrasting with the sharper caper and gherkin. 
This combination helps enhance the sometimes subtle flavours of fish and adds an extra bite to the dish.   

Use with Lemon Sole, Plaice, Hake, Cod, Whitebait, Haddock and Fish Cakes
