1 x Bunch of Asparagus
1 x Punnet of on the Vine Cherry Tomatoes
2 x Slices of Sourdough
Rosemary & Garlic Infused Oil
1. Preheat a griddle pan and chargrill the Cherry Tomatoes and Asparagus for 6 minutes with a drizzle of Rosemary & Garlic Oil.
2. Toast the Sourdough
3. Place the Tomatoes and Asparagus on top of the sourdough and spoon over the hollandaise sauce and serve.
