Chilli & Garlic Beef Burger topped with Winslade Cheese and fries
Preparation time:15 minutes
Cooking time:4 minutes either side medium rare
750g Lean Mince Meat
Bread crumbs to bind (optional)
4 Tbsp Chilli & Garlic Dressing
Salt and Pepper to season
4 x Brioche Buns
Tomato and Salad to garnish
1. Empty mince into a bowl
2. Mix with Chilli & Garlic dressing, salt and pepper. (If consistency is too wet, slowly add bread crumbs until you can form the burger patty)
3. Form 4 equal sized burger patties, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with a little cold pressed rapeseed oil and either place into a hot frying pan or straight onto the barbecue grill
4. Serve in a toasted brioche bun with a salad (optional) and fries on the side.
Optional choice, serve with classic mayonnaise.
