Chilli and garlic guacamole

3 ripe avocados

2 plum tomatoes

4 tbsp chilli and garlic dressing

2 lemons


1, Skin and remove to avocado seed.

2, Roughly chop avocado and place in a bowl.

3, Chop tomatoes into 1cm cubes, set aside.

4, Season avocados and mash slightly with a fork.

5, Add tomatoes and season, mix into avocados and mash together slightly but me mindful to keep some texture.

6, Gradually add in oil to mix.

7, Juice the lemons and add to guacamole. Check seasoning.
