CPO Lamb Recipe Cuts
Chilli and garlic lamb kofte

Serves 4


250g minced lamb

Handful of fresh coriander

1 red chilli

½ thumb of ginger

2tbsp chilli and garlic dressing

2 cloves garlic


1, Finely chop chilli, ginger, garlic and coriander.

2, Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, leave in fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.

3, Divide the mix into 8 balls.

4, Tightly press the balls and roll into a cigar shape.

5, Cook on a bbq or a hot frying pan for around 10 minutes turning every 2-3 minutes. The kofte should have good colour and still be pink in the middle.
