Gammon egg and chips

2 x gammon steaks
4 x eggs
1 x bunch of asparagus
1 x punnet of vine cherry tomatoes
frozen potato wedges
tarragon mustard dressing

1. place wedges into a preheated oven at 180 degrees and cook for 20 minutes
2. bring a pan of water to a rolling boil and add 2 tbs of white wine vinegar.
3. griddle your gammon for 5 minutes either side, remove and keep warm.
4. place your asparagus and vine tomatoes onto the griddle for 5 minutes, moving half way through
5. meanwhile poach your eggs in the boiling water for 4 - 6 minutes
6. serve with a helping of tarragon mustard mayonnaise
