Marinated Bevette Steak on oriental noodles

400g Bevette steak                                                               
1 x thumb of ginger (grated)
1 x pack of egg noodles                                                     
1 x yellow pepper
2 x pak choi                                                                               
2tsp Soy sauce
1 x pack edamame beans                                                 
2 x Cloves of garlic
hand full of bean sprouts                                                   
2 Tbs Chilli oil (for marinating) 
1 x fresh red chilli (optional)

1. Marinate the Bavette Steak in 1 tbs of chilli oil and half the grated ginger for 15 minutes
2. Cut all the vegetables into bite sized pieces.
3. Heat a Wok or Large frying pan until smoking hot.
4. Flash fry the bevette steak for 1 minute either side and place to the side.
5. Fry all the vegetables in the wok with a little bit of cold pressed rapeseed oil.
6. Deglaze the pan with the Soy sauce.
7. Slice the bevette steak and add to the pan with the vegetables along with the noodles and toss everything together until piping hot.
8. Serve with fresh coriander to garnish and a drizzle of chilli oil
