Pan fried sea bass on chargrilled courgette gnocchi and cherry tomatoes

2 x Fillets of Sea bass
1 x Pack of Gnocchi 
2 x Courgettes
1 x Punnet of Tomatoes
1 x Lemon 
Salt & Pepper
Rosemary & Garlic Infused Rapeseed Oil
50g Butter
1. Preheat oven to 180 Degrees C
2. Cut Courgettes into 1cm cubes
3. Toss Rosemary & Garlic Oil through the courgettes and place in a roasting tray and cook for 15 minutes
4. Blanch the gnocchi according to the packet instructions.
5. Meanwhile heat a frying pan until hot with Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil and Butter in it. Season the Sea Bass with salt and Pepper and Place in the frying pan skin side down for 6 minutes and then turn over and cook for a further 30 seconds, then remove.
6. Remove the courgettes from the oven and add to the gnocchi and tomatoes and toss together
7. Serve with a drizzle of Rosemary & Garlic Oil
