CPO Fish -Lobster Recipe Cuts
Prawn, broccoli and chilli linguine

400g prawns

200g linguine

Handful of purple sprouting broccoli

2 tbsp chilli and garlic dressing

1 white onion

Lemon and parmesan to finish

Cold pressed rapeseed oil


1, Place a large pan of water to boil, salt generously.

2, Peel and de-vein prawns.

3, Prepare broccoli by cutting off any woody part of the stalk.

4, Finely slice onion.

5, Once water is boiling rapidly place in linguine to cook. (will take 8-10 minutes to cook)

6, Fry onion in a little Cold pressed rapeseed oil with a pinch of salt until golden.

7, When pasta is around 4 minutes from being done add prawns to pan with onions, season. Add broccoli to the pan of boiling water for 1 minute to cook ever so slightly.

8, Remove broccoli, drain and add to frying pan. Toss and remove from the heat.

9, drain pasta when ‘al dente’ season.

10, Toss pasta in the frying pan add chilli and garlic dressing and a generous amount of freshly ground black pepper.

11, serve with a twist of lemon and parmesan.
