
Smoked Houmous

Ingredients
200g cooked chickpeas
2 tbsp lemon
2 garlic cloves, (crushed)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp tahini
4 tbsp smoked rapeseed oil
Salt and Pepper to season
cold water (to adjust consistency)
Method
1. Drain chick pea and tip into food processor
2. Add lemon juice, cumin, smoked oil, tahini and garlic and blitz with the chickpeas
3. Once smooth adjust with a little cold water if too think then season with salt and pepper
Serve with crudités or grilled pita bread
