
Smoked salmon and avacado on sour dough

Ingredients
2 x Slices of Sourdough
1 x Avocado
170g Smoked Salmon
1 x Lemon
Cracked Black Pepper
Method
1. Char-grill/Toast the Sourdough
2. Drizzle with Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil
3. Lay salmon on toast and a few slices of avocado and then spoon some hollandaise sauce over and season with cracked black pepper
