Sticky chicken wings

36 chicken wings

4 cloves garlic

8 sprigs of thyme

8 tbsp Cold pressed rapeseed oil

4 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp honey


1, Finely chop garlic and pull the leaves from the thyme.

2, In a bowl combine all the ingredients except the chicken.

3, Whisk all the ingredients together with plenty of seasoning.

4, Marinade chicken for 4 hours or as long as possible ( 24 hours is perfect ).

5, Cook chicken wings on a bbq or seal in a hot pan and finish in oven at 200°C until cooked through.
