Ingredients
250g of whitebait
100g Plain Flour
Salt & Pepper
Paprika
Method
1. Defrost whitebait if applicable
2. Mix 100g of flour with 1 tsp of Salt, Pepper and Paprika
3. Dredge whitebait in the flour mix
4. Using a deep fat fryer, fry the whitebait for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown at 190 Degrees C
5. Serve with a wedge of Lemon & Tartare Sauce for dipping
